Fast Flexible Finance - Direct from the Lender

As a privately funded lender, we will consider loan requests from Status and Non-Status borrowers including Limited Companies (UK or offshore registered), Partnerships, Pension Funds, Sole Traders, Private Individuals, we will also consider bankrupts or individuals who have a current IVA (subject to terms and conditions). No proof of income is required, as borrowers can self certify their income subject to their status.

A flexible view is taken on all loan requests, no matter how difficult, up to £5 Million or more.

Loans can be used for any legal purpose including purchase, refinance, capital raising, business expansion, dept consolidation, or property purchased from auction. Our loans can also be used to clear existing bankruptcies and IVA's. We work closely with all our customers and introducers to structure a loan package that is both affordable and flexible. A choice of repayment options is available in all cases with repayments from 1 month to 30 years.
