Loan Criteria & Terms

Our interest rates start from 0.85% per month, with loan terms up to 24 months. Repayment options include deducting all interest from the loan, rolling it up or making monthly payments via Direct Debit. A first or second charge will be required over the security being offered, with extra security sometimes necessary.

Regulation & Eligibility

All our loans are non-regulated, which means that when the loan is secured by a second charge over the borrower’s residential property, the funds can only be used for business purposes. We offer loans from £25K to £20 million secured on various types of commercial, semi-commercial (including shops with flats above), or residential properties in England, Scotland, and Wales. We also secure loans on farms, land, and developments.
